Good to see floor plans. Can see why new cables for kitchen will need to go through lounge. Can extractor fan piping go straight across kitchen ceiling to outside. Cover with plasterboard?? If it goes on top of cupboards will need lotsa piping and won't be so effective.
Hmm, don't forget the conservatory is outside the kitchen, so it has to go around and follow the counters and hopefully in the corner it will not be covered by the conservatory.
